If your baby or toddler is having difficulty sleeping, you are in the right place. Sleep challenges in early childhood affect the whole family, and can make it hard to believe that better sleep will ever be possible.
I love working with parents of infants and toddlers because together we can help the whole family sleep get more rest.
I bring many years of experience working with young children and families, including conducting developmental evaluations and home visiting interventions with infants and toddlers, providing support services for families of babies in the NICU, and working in early childhood focused outpatient clinics such as international adoption medicine and NICU/low birth weight follow-up.
As a seasoned, licensed provider with a strong background in research and child development, I use my clinical skills to help identify effective, evidence-based strategies to improve your child’s sleep. I work with you in a supportive and individualized way that honors your family’s unique needs, routines, and values.
Whether you are navigating frequent night waking, difficulties falling asleep, short naps, early morning rising, or other sleep struggles, we will work together to create a plan that helps everyone get the rest they need.
Better sleep is possible for your child, for you, and for your whole family.
